Shipping & returns
All orders are shipped with an external shipping company.
Stock products are delivered within 2 days in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you have ordered a customized product, the invoice will indicate the expected delivery time. If the delivery period for one or more ordered products is longer than expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If indicated, the shipments are free of charge.
Questions or Returns?
- If you have questions, please feel free to email or phone. We are here for you! - Is your product defective upon arrival? That’s annoying, but we can fix this. We are only satisfied when you are satisfied. As statutory, you have 14 days Right of Withdrawal. Within these 14 days, you can let us know that you want to return a product. From that moment you have 14 days left to send the product back. Never send a product back to us without getting in contact with us first. Always contact email@example.com for wanting to take advantage of your Right of Withdrawal.
Note: Shipping costs for sending a product back to us are costs for the customer.
Our showroom is open during office hours. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm (CET). We would appreciate it, if an appointment is made. This way you will have our undivided attention and we will be of service to answer all your questions.
